ASIS Finland ry is an association for the security managements of Finnish companies and corporations with an objective to improve the security of companies, of public organizations and of the whole society by mutual cooperation.

ASIS Finland ry is a member of the ASIS International that has over 33.000 members around the world in 180 different countries. The Finnish society forms the 210^th Chapter of ASIS International with approximately 80 members from all major Finnish companies and corporations as well as from different sectors of public administration. Applications for membership can be obtained from the secretary of the association and they should be filed with one of the members of the Executive committee.

The main activities of ASIS to promote the development of the security branch all over the world are:

Education Organizing professional education for the security branch.

Networks Supporting the activities of the locals chapters, such as ASIS Finland ry, to give the members an opportunity to get in touch with other members and security professionals in the network.

Career development Maintaining the ASIS Security Resource Catalog.

Communication
Publishing once a month Security Management, the most important publication in the security sector, and the ASIS Dynamics.
